Guide to become an approved seller and start selling!

Request from Your Profile

1. In your profile section, click on the "Become a Seller" button.

2. Tell us something about yourself and the type of items you want to sell, submit your request and wait for approval.

3. In your profile section, you can click on the "Notifications" button to check the outcome. If your request is approved, you will be able to access the "Sell" section in your profile and from the NavBar at the top left.

4. Sellers with the "Trusted Geek" title are trusted sellers known by the team. If you collect various positive reviews, write to support to have your profile evaluated.

5. For the first period of market operation, only trusted sellers will be accepted. We evaluate and respond to all requests anyway.

Manage Your Products and Sales

1. From your profile, you can access the "Sales Management" section to check your products and order statuses.

2. View products that are pending approval or that you have published. You can only update the price and quantity of your products or delete them both before and after approval. Use search functions to filter products and orders. They activate automatically if needed.

3. Check order "DETAILS" for additional information on sales. You can mark sales as shipped and leave a review for the buyer when the order is completed. You will be notified for each step in the notifications section of your profile.

4. If a user contacts you for information before a purchase through the Turbo Geek Chat, you will receive a notification alert. You can check these chats in the "Your Chats" section in your profile.

5. If you want to take a vacation, remember to set your profile to vacation mode from your profile. This way buyers will be notified when viewing your products.

Integrated Escrow System

1. Our escrow system protects both you and the buyer during the transaction. When a buyer places an order, they execute a payment transaction to a newly generated address, associated with the escrow service. You can directly view if the transaction has been confirmed in the order details and verify if BTC are present.

2. Sold products are, after transaction verification, shipped or digitally delivered by you. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item and their satisfaction, the payment is unlocked and transferred to your wallet.

REMEMBER that the buyer will pay 2% more than the product price in BTC for the service. When you enter the selling price of your products, consider both this element and any shipping costs. You will always receive the exact amount in BTC entered as the price in your products.

3. In case of disputes, our support team will always intervene promptly to mediate and resolve issues for both parties.

Best Practice for Sellers

  • Respond to buyer messages
  • Add shipping costs to your product selling price and choose which country to ship to
  • Ship the product within 2/3 business days
  • Always use tracked shipping. If the product has high value, consider insuring the shipment
  • Mark the order as shipped and provide tracking or instructions for digital delivery
  • Remember to leave a review for the buyer
