Guide for purchasing and completing your orders!
Choose Your Product
1. Browse through available products and select the one that interests you.
2. Check the seller's reputation and reviews from other buyers.
3. Carefully review the product description and sale conditions.
4. You can contact the seller via telegram (if they have set their username).
5. You can also contact the seller through the "Turbo Geek Chat". In product pages, before making a purchase, you'll find the "ASK INFO" button to contact the seller.
6. You'll find these chats in your profile in the "My Chats" section.
7. If you make a purchase, you can contact the seller in the dedicated chat for that order. Access this chat in "Purchase Management", you'll find it integrated with the order in question.
Integrated Escrow System
1. Our escrow system protects both you and the seller during the transaction. When you place an order, you execute a BTC payment transaction to a newly generated address, associated with the escrow service. You can view your purchase transaction in the order details.
2. Once payment is confirmed, the seller will proceed with shipping or digital delivery. When you receive the item and confirm your satisfaction, the payment is unlocked and transferred to the seller.
REMEMBER that you will automatically pay 2% more than the product price in BTC for the service. The purchase price you see on the product is what the seller will receive. At checkout, the final price including the commission will be shown.
3. In case of disputes, our support team will always intervene promptly to mediate and resolve issues for both parties.
Best Practice for Buyers
- Contact the seller through the integrated Turbo Geek Chat or write to their telegram contact for any information
- Provide shipping details if it's not a digital delivery
- Wait for the product to arrive and mark the order as completed if everything went well.
- Remember to leave a review for the seller
