Unlike the marketplace, this section is only a contact board between users.

Unlike the marketplace (where digital products go through the platform), here Bitcoin and fiat always stay outside: only ads and chat between people.

Objective

This section is a neutral bulletin board. Its only purpose is to let users publish offers and talk to each other. The platform does not take part in any transaction. Bitcoin, fiat currency or other assets never pass through the platform. We only provide the technical tools for users to find each other.

Core principles

1. No custody

We never hold Bitcoin or fiat currency. We do not control wallets, generate payment requests, receive deposits, freeze or release funds, or manage escrow. Every transfer happens entirely outside the platform.

2. No intermediation

We are not an intermediary. We do not negotiate prices, suggest rates, execute trades, validate trades, match orders automatically, or route payments. Users negotiate every aspect of the trade independently.

3. No financial service

This section must never be presented as an exchange, broker, payment service, money transmitter, custody provider, escrow provider or investment service. It is solely a communication platform.

4. No transaction management

Transactions exist entirely between users. We do not create contracts, become a party to any agreement, or verify payment completion or Bitcoin transfers.

5. No dispute resolution

We never act as arbitrator. We will not resolve disputes, reverse transactions, recover funds, investigate fraud claims, force refunds or payments. Every dispute remains exclusively between the users involved.

6. No guarantees

We provide no guarantees regarding user identity, payment completion, Bitcoin ownership, transaction legitimacy or counterparty honesty. Users assume all associated risks.

7. No fees

We receive no commissions, trading fees, spread or percentage of completed trades. The P2P bulletin board is free of charge.

8. Platform scope

We only provide: user accounts, publication of offers, private messaging, reputation system, public profile and search/filter functionality. Nothing else.

Messaging

Private messaging exists only so users can communicate. The platform is not part of the negotiation.

Reputation

Reviews represent only the opinions of users. We do not validate reviews or certify trustworthiness. Reviews are informational only.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying counterparties, agreeing on prices, selecting payment methods, complying with local laws, paying taxes where applicable, conducting due diligence and preventing scams.

Risk disclosure

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Fiat payments may be irreversible or reversible depending on the method. Counterparty fraud is always possible. The platform cannot recover lost funds. You trade entirely at your own risk.

Safety recommendations

Verify counterparties carefully. Start with small transactions. Use payment methods you understand. Never share private keys or seed phrases. Never send Bitcoin before verifying payment when appropriate. Report suspicious behaviour.
